Good News Spectacular
Jesus said, "whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ will by no means lose his reward." February 23rd we have the opportunity to go above and beyond a cup of water. Some of you will help with check in and manning inflatables. While others will be making snow cones and painting faces. All with the goal of putting smiles on children's faces and hopefully the Good News of Jesus Christ in their heart. Sign up for this fun-filled day!
- Transportation will be provided for everyone.
- You can sign up for a morning shift (9-12:30) or an afternoon shift (12-3:30).
- The sign up deadline is February 18th.
Next Steps:
1. Fill out the CEF background check headed to your email (If you have volunteered with CEF or the Good News Spectacular you have already completed this step)
2. Attend the training session on Monday February 18th in Lecture B at 5:30 PM (If you have unavoidable conflicts contact the CGO and we will send you a training video)
*The training must be completed by every student who has not previously been trained for the Good News Spectacular. It is a good refresher for anyone who has volunteered before if you would like to attend.
3. Check your email and show up for the event!
