AiG runs a Gospel Outreach to the Iowa State Fair in early August every year where we share the good news of Jesus Christ with tens of thousands of fair visitors (over 1 million people come to the fair annually). We are looking for volunteers who have a heart to share the gospel as well as learn how to effectively share their faith using creation apologetics for this 11-day outreach. There is an associated Witnessing Training Camp called Testify that equips young people to boldly proclaim the gospel to our lost and dying world.

Camp Hosanna was born in the summer of 2003 in Hiawassee, Ga as a result of a burden the Lord laid on the heart of Brother Stan Wood, the camp's founder and President. Providing 4 Junior weeks (ages 8-12), 3 teen weeks, and 1 Spanish week during June and July. From its inception, Camp Hosanna has remained TUITION FREE to alleviate the financial strain on those who cannot afford to send their child to camp, so that any young person has the opportunity to hear the gospel in a camp setting. The Lord has blessed over the last 16 years, and we have been able to witness 1,870 campers make a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. In its beginning the primary focus of the camp was to reach the unchurched children in the local areas. Since that time we have been hosting church groups and individual campers coming from all over the United States. The camp is directed by Evangelist Bill Abbott who has served in this position since 2008. For more information please visit our website www.camphosanna.org, our Facebook page, or call 706-897-7465.

Global Encounters provides mentoring, discipleship, and evangelism for children and teens in camp and VBS settings around the world. We have a format that is fun, relational, and high energy. Basically, it's like putting camp in a suitcase and taking it with you to another country. Many of the children and teens we serve come from high risk backgrounds (orphans, single parent families, intense poverty).
  • We need camp and VBS facilitators to work with children and teens in Ecuador, Zimbabwe, Romania, and India. Areas of expertise that are helpful: sports/games, crafts, story telling, and photography. However, special skills are not required and we will train you in everything you need to know both for the camp and VBS ministries and cross-cultural interaction.

Good News Ministries
2716 E. Washington St.
317-638-2862
website: www.goodnewsministries.com
Program Director: Nate Fralic (nfralic@goodnewsministries.com)
Violence, drug use, immorality, failed grades and other destructive behaviors are ever increasing in the lives of teen boys. Although we offer a Youth Center for inner-city youth, our Boys Home 40-Day Challenge is intended to be a crossroads in the lives of teen boys who are already too hardened for their families to handle. Many of the teens we serve already have criminal records.
The 40-Day Challenge takes place at our Boys Home property in Reelsville, IN. This rigorous summer program is for troubled, low-income teenage boys, ages 13-17. This program rescues them from the negative influences of gangs, drugs, neglect and domestic violence. Next, the 40-Day Challenge helps them become responsible, mature and independent young men through spiritual, educational and career training.
Our passion is training at-risk teenage boys to turn away from their hurtful lifestyles. Ultimately, we encourage them to embrace a lifestyle of biblical manhood in order to see them reach their full potential.

Eagar, AZ 85925
602-908-9195
website: www.grandviewcamp.org
Director: Matt Wilson (matt@grandviewcamp.org)
Grand View Camp exists to glorify God by serving local churches through using the unique atmosphere of camp to display the good news of Jesus Christ. Grand View is located in the beautiful mountains of eastern Arizona. Whether enjoying the outdoor activities like trail rides, hiking, or cabin devotions under the stars, we want campers and staff to be pointed to Christ through the beauty of His creation. We recruit and train a staff that loves Jesus Christ and loves people. We make gospel-centered mentoring relationships with the staff a priority so that Christ can be seen in His people. In addition to Christ’s being seen in His creation and His people, we believe that Christ is seen primarily through His Word. Staff training is built around a thorough study of a theme or book of Scripture and practical application of Scripture to daily life. Staff can expect to experience a life-changing summer as they learn to be desperately dependent on God's grace as they serve Christ side by side with other young people who desire to grow in grace.

Assistant Director: Joe Baker
Pioneer Bible Camp is unique for several reasons. Many of the people we serve are influenced by the teachings of the LDS (Mormon) church and therefore need counseling on the basics of the Christian faith. We call the valley where we are located our ""campground."" Not only is our valley a beautiful reminder of God's glorious creation, but we also use different avenues in our valley for camper activities. We are a Western camp, so things are a little more relaxed around here. We have a schedule but are flexible when things come up.
We serve an average of 80 campers per week for 7 weeks of the summer. Our 14 cabins normally have 6-7 campers in them, so each counselor gets to know their campers well.  The staff also get really close. We get to be a family by the end of the summer.

Using the unique benefits of Christian camping, we serve people by presenting the Truth of God with the love of God so lives can be changed to the glory of God.
Since 1969, The Wilds Christian Camp & Conference Center, in Brevard, North Carolina, has been serving the local church with a wide variety of camping programs. The Wilds offers each of its campers beautiful surroundings, staff and counselors that care, and practical spiritual direction.
Every day is packed with “funtastic” things to do, such as hiking, swimming, zipline, basketball, and much more. In addition to all the fun activities, there is a focus on Biblical guidance and direction. A daily personal devotional time called God & I Time gives practical instruction in Godly habits. Special services and chapels help campers personalize God’s Word in their everyday lives.

Using the unique benefits of Christian camping, we serve people by presenting the Truth of God with the love of God so lives can be changed to the glory of God. An amazing staff begins with normal people who deeply love God and are passionate about serving Him. We carefully and prayerfully hire college-age young adults to be our operational staff and counselors. They are full of energy, life, and the pursuit of God, not to mention as crazy as they come! Situated in the southern hills of New Hampshire, The Wilds of New England is positioned in a great location. The campsite is rural, yet not far off the beaten path- just 35 minutes from Concord, NH, 1.5 hours from Boston, MA, and 1 hour from Interstate 91. Summer temperatures are generally warm but not overbearing, and the crisp days of fall are refreshing.

Looking for a way to serve this summer?  Come spend nine weeks in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Northwestern, New Jersey and see God work in you and through you as you minister to the campers each week.  As a small camp, you will get the opportunity to experience many different aspects of the ministry as you become an integral part of the camp's mission.  Together we will be stretched and challenged spiritually as we grow in Christ and serve others.  If this sounds like an opportunity you are looking for, please stop by and talk with us!

Wildheart Adventure Camp and Victory Academy for Boys minister the hope of the Gospel to at-risk teen boys. The camp and boarding school use the remote forest location and the mentor relationships of the staff to form an environment of fun, challenge, change and growth. Staff invest their lives wrapping the “truth in love” for a hurting, needy generation. Wildheart is an excursion-based wilderness adventure camp that uses program activities like tent camping, backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, and mountain biking to challenge and encourage teens to do more than they think they can do, both physically and spiritually.
  • Wildheart Adventure Camp:  Camp Counselor
    • Our summer camp counselor Venture Intern experiences life-change, both within himself and as he engages in the process of growth in the life of his campers. We are looking for men to partner with us and be mentored as counselors to mentor and disciple our campers—challenging their worldviews with the Word of God, helping them see the connections of real-life issues to who they are and what kind of life they will live.  Venture intern counselors are paid or given scholarships based on the number of weeks they serve.
  • Victory Academy for Boys: CORE Internship
    • Victory Academy’s paid internships challenge students to learn how to help spiritually struggling young people gain victory over their life-dominating sins. Study assignments and daily real-time counseling opportunities will help the intern develop skill in applying the truths of Scripture to help solve spiritual struggles. Of course, that daily work in the Word also has the effect of sharpening the intern into a wiser, more humble and usable servant of God.  Internship credit and college class scholarships are available.

We are a unique camp that offers a wide variety of ministry opportunities. We have a small enough staff that no one gets to fall through the cracks, but big enough that there is always something exciting going on. If you want to be involved, learn new things and serve people from a variety of social and religious backgrounds then California is the place you ought to be.
