Essential Information & Policies
Age Requirement – All students must be at least 18 years of age in order to enroll in a BJU Study Abroad or Study USA course.
Travel – The University is actively planning several courses for the summer of 2024 (see below). Uncertainty remains with the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are optimistic about travel in the summer of 2024. We will follow all travel requirements in order to keep all participants healthy and safe. Should the University decide to cancel any courses because of the pandemic, students who have already paid for those courses would be fully reimbursed. Cost – All study abroad and study USA charges and payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a course cancellation made by the University. Each course has a unique price that is determined based on the costs specific to its development and related travel and lodging. Whatever your current status, you should contact the Office of Financial Aid to see if you might be eligible for scholarships or grants. Application – Are you ready to commit? Complete the online study abroad application form. Questions? – Consult our FAQ or send an e-mail to studyabroad@bju.edu |

Testimonials
“Anyone who has a slight interest in how they can best relate to others should go. I have benefited so much from the change in perspective that occurred in me during my time in Israel and Palestine. This trip made me see the need for the Gospel in the Middle East and taught me ways to reach and interact with the culture.”
